Are your products safe?

All Charg™ products are tested to the highest safety standards and are listed through UL or ETL. Our tabletop products feature tamper-resistant simplexes, which means they're safe for home use, and child-friendly too. If you'd like more information on product safety, just send us a note at info@shopcharg.com.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Sure! We have a wholesale program for retailers that would like to carry our products. Just send us a note at info@shopcharg.com and we'll be in touch with you within 24 hours.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is a $5 flat rate. If you'd like your order expedited, your shipping is determined on your location.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before noon (EST) will ship the same day. Orders received after 12pm (EST) will ship the following business day. Please note, orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday, from 9am – 5pm (EST), excluding holidays.

All orders will ship via UPS Standard Shipping. Delivery should be expected within 3-5 business days from the receipt of your order.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes, if expedited shipping is desired, you can select the Expidited Shipping option when checking out. It will calculate the fee based on your address.

Can I cancel my order?

Because we ship product the same day it’s ordered, we are unable to cancel orders. However, you can return the product, no questions asked, within 7 days of receiving product.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 7 calendar days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as a merchandise credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, clean, no scratches or damage) with the tags attached in the original product packaging. Contact us at info@shopcharg.com and we'd be happy to assist you with any returns or exchanges.

How do I check the status of my order?

Tracking information will be sent to your email once the order is processed, and shipping details are updated when your order leaves our facility. 

Do you offer a warranty for your products?

Of course! All Charg purchases are covered under a 1-year limited factory warranty against any manufacturing defects. If you have any problems, simply reach out to our team at info@shopcharg.com and we'll send a replacement.

For SurgeSwap™ surge protected products, Charg also offers a Connected Equipment Warranty. To learn more, and qualify for Charg's CEW, register your product here. 

What is covered in the warranty?
  • A product's failure to meet specifications.
  • Defects found in the housing, receptacles, cord, strain relief, or overall craftsmanship.
  • Products that are defective and don't provide power and charging upon first use.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
Do you offer a Connected Equipment Warranty?

Yes, we do! For all SurgeSwap™  surge protected power units, Charg offers a limited Connected Equipment Warranty and a Replacement Cartridge Warranty for SurgeSwap™ Replaceable Cartridges. To qualify for the CEW, please register your product here.
